Brown patches on display

My xa1 had developed a brown patch on display right next to the volume control. Now one month after the repairs I have two brown patches on the screen. One next to the power button and second on top left. Does xa1 have a faulty design? It seems the problem comes after one month of usage. Bought it on the 2 july, gave it for repair on 2 Aug . Got it back on 21 Aug facing problem from past for days, exactly one month.IMG-20170924-WA0012.jpg

I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.

Note that before a service center has had a chance to examine your device it will be difficult to say why this has a happened with your device.

У меня такая же проблема.... Нужно отдавать телефон в сервис... Пользуюсь телефоном с июня 2017г....сейчас почти октябрь... Пятна появились в июле... Вот интересно, в магазине сказали, что сделают в сервисе замену экрана... И сколько после этого он проработает...очень неприятно. Я бы хотела замену телефона сразу после диагностики. Ожидать окончание ремонта мне не удобно. Я постоянно пользуюсь телефоном по работе!!!

I would like to replace the phone immediately after diagnosis. It's not convenient for me to wait for the repair to finish. I always use the phone to work !!!

Your local support can also assist you with questions regarding service routines as these may vary between countries.
