failure to download apps via play store

I could'nt download anything from playstore over wi-fi. Whenever I click to install button, it shows download pending and couldn't download that app.

Did you try to simply restart your phone and see if the issue is gone?

Does your phone connect to other internet apps?

Yes my phone connect to the internet. It only can't download apps over wi-fi.

how much free internal storage does your phone has?

Just double check, settings > storage, make sure that you are not checking the SD card but internal storage.

Hi @Kashyap142, sorry to hear about this.

I would recommend that you try and reset the Google Play store application in your phone. This will not delete any downloaded applications it will only reset the application.

To do that, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play store > Storage > Clear data > OK.
