Endless updates on AX1

Hi there! 

My phone keeps suggesting one softwareupdate right after(not even1Minute) the other, theres nothing to be updated.

Even if you do it 5times in a row, it wont disappear from the message screen. What can be done to fix this annoying and senseless Pop up Note on updating the "latest" software.

Hi @Userme1, I am sorry to hear about this, let me see if I can help out here.

Is it the same software update that is poping up every time or does the version number vary from time o time?

You might experience that if you have bought an Xperia device that is not completely new, there may be a few software updates available. You can either install them one by one, and restart your device after every update, or you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and a computer and your device will get the latest update at once. 

Please note though that a software repair will erase all user data from the device, so make sure to do a backup before repairing the software.
