Restarting the phone is a solution to most problems your phone may have, is there a reason you don't want to do it?

It's really hard to suggest anything else, what happen if you tap on the notification? are you using a third party homelauncher?
I'm not using any third-party homelaunchers... When i get a missed call i swipe left or right then the emoty space appears i can't remove it by pressing clear all button
Too lazy too wait for it too boot up and wait hehe
