Don't know how to turn on Javascript

I am using Sony Xperia XA1. When I open the links in Whatsapp and Gmail, it tells me that it requires me to switch on Javascript. I have already switched on Javascript on Chrome, so it seems it is not related to Chrome. How to solve this?

You need to disable the Setup Wizard in Settings -> Apps -> (Top right menu_ Show System -> Setup Wizard -> Disable
