Device is making sounds when unlocked and during calls

Mein xa gibt im entsperrten Zustand ständig Töne von sich. Selbst in einem Telefonat hört das nicht auf. Hat jemand Tipps zur Abhilfe. Mehrfache Neustarts habe ich schon gemacht. Das Problem besteht weiterhin.

My xa constantly sounds when unlocked. Even in a telephone call that does not stop. Does anyone have tips to remedy the situation? I have already done several reboots. The problem is still there.

Can you check if NFC is turned on, to do this go to settings > more > NFC > tap the slider next to NFC to turn it off. 

Once NFC is turned off can you use your phone as normal and see if you experience the same issue?
