Data usage

Had the following phone since the 4th of December, I don't have or use many apps but already 9gigs gone, if I check what's using my data so much, it says removed apps already ate 4 gigs nd that confuses me, somebody plz help

1)enable datasaver

2)check ALL APPS for background data and disable it
