Contact name not shown when getting a call (Nougat)

After installing nougat the last week  on my device (and I update it once today) when someone call me it doesn't show the contact name neither in the call log. I tried saving again the contact number but it doesn't work either.

Can someone help me please?

It's not that I can't see my contacts on the phone, the problem is that when someone call me I can just see his/her number, not their name (and i have it in the contacts already) and its the same with the call log.

It is the same when you make calls? Is it the same with sms? Where are the contacts saved: on the device or google account?

It's the same when i make calls but it's working with the sms, and the contacts are saved on the device.

Look in Settings > Apps > 3 dots > Show system and check Contacts & Phone contact if all permissions are given.

Just try this if u don see contact names when receiving calls.

Go to contacts and click the three dot on the right end top corner. Now go to contacts to display and there confirm whether it is selected as "All"

This means no plus sign, no country code, and no spaces. When you save a space will be inserted automatically for display only, and that's OK (as long as you don't add a space manually in the field).
