Hello. This might seem like another thread, but I want to shout it out because if other people have experienced this, then Sony has to do something. My phone is Xperia XA1 Ultra.
Last night my phone was completely charged. However, just under an hour, and the entirety of the charge had been spent. There's absolutely nothing that can cause a major use of my charge, and I've since this morning, tried to amend my phone so it takes even less power to consume.
I've tried multiple chargers, including my own which is for my own phone model. The problem always occurs. Even if it's connected to charge, I lose my charge rather than gain it, and when I restart it everytime it happens, I see 0-1% charge on how long I've left before my phone switches itself off. That isn't right. I know I've used electricity I've paid for to charge my phone, which I also paid for. The phone doesn't even heat up during moments of charge and losing charge. I don't wish to keep my phone on a constant charge for a couple more reasons.
I need my phone as much as possible for when I'm out and something happens, or even at work. Can I have help, or can I get a new model or something at least because it was only around last year I've bought this phone after trading it in with the previous one which had a similar issue about charging. It's a joke!
