hello! I have the Sony xperia XA phone and the problem is everytime I charged it the battery percentage does not change at all like after 30 minutes. Is there a problem on my phone or is it the charger?
I had this problem once and it was the cable, not the charger itself or my phone. You could try another usb cable as it might be damaged.
