Hi, i dont know if this is being asks but anyways my problem started when i broke my charging chord. I replaced it but 2 weeks after that i started having weird charging problems like it takes 10 mins for the percentage to go up until 8 hrs for it to be full but now the weird part is even if its plug in its drains its battery. I tried to purchase a new charger and same but i give it the benefit of the doubt bought new ones but still thesame. Dont know what to do anymore. Please help. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your device

Can you advise if the handset is charging while the device is powered down or is this only happening while the device is on?

Are you also able to advise if you are having the same charge issues when charging off a PC/Mac USB port?

Please let me know.

If its powered on but if yoy turn it off it would take 4-5hrs charging time. I have not charge it thru a pc i will try and get back to you. Thanks!
