Cannot turn off my Xperia XA1

I want to turn off my Xperia XA1, but even when I press "turn off" the phone just restarts. What is the problem here? Is there another way to turn it off than pressing the power button and selecting "turn off" in the menu? Thanks!

Keep Volume Up and Power button pressed together until the phone vibrates 3 times. It should be off.
