Can't save contacts

Hi I need some assistance regarding my phone I cannot save any nnumbe on my contact becabec i deny some settsett permission plsple i need yoyo support on how to set it back to my normal tnx

Go to Settings -> Apps -> Phone -> Permissions -> enable all permissions.
