I do not use the auto Brightness because it's not good at all to begin with, however when updating to the recent update I've found that the lowest brightness you can set is at least twice as bright as it was before. This is a huge nuisance because it's almost blinding at night.

Hi there!
I would like to report a small bug I've noticed since the lastest update on November 30.

The screen dimming won't go as low as it would before. Since Im working at night and loved how soft the lighting was at his lowest setting, I wonder if there is a work around for this!

Beside that, fixing the theming on the nav bar and transferring apps to the SD card is greatly appreciated though!

Thanks in advance!

I have a C5 Ultra and then upgraded to a XA Ultra Duo. XA Ultra is not bright enough. C5 is brighter. C5 is at 50% while XA Ultra is at 100% and still is not as bright as C5. I have enabled Adaptive Brightness. My software is 36.0.B.109 help

I am having the same concern with the brightness level on firmware 36.0.A.2.109. It seems that the backlight does not dim properly compared to past Sony Xperia phones. It is fairly bright at 51-100% but between 1-50% it almost has no change. It's as if the screen chooses to stay static at 50% and reducing it makes almost a 5% difference. At night this can become intolerable since it's so bright! It also makes the battery drain faster if I can't reduce the brightness level further. It also doesn't make any difference if it's in automatic or manual mode.
