Brightness level

Xperia XA Ultra,  after updating software 36.0.B.2.109 minimum Brightness level very high. In old version level is good.

After updating my Xperia XA Ultra to the latest software version (Build number 36.0.B.2.109), my phone minimum brightness is increased and it's very inconvenient. My phone screen is too bright to use in the dark or at night time when I don't need much brightness. It also drain the battery more quickly.

Please tell me how can I set back the minimum brightness to the original level.

Did you try to repair by connecting XA Ultra with XC?

I believe on the XA, even if set to auto, you can pull the taskbar down and lower the average brightness if it is too bright.
This won't affect the brightness once in a brighter area, where the auto will kick in again

I'm actually starting to think Google screwed something up with the backlight stuff - everyone's having issues across the board.

Yeah, I've seen a few LG customers with similar issues in dark scenarios, I think that the manual lowering whilst still on auto is the best workaround.
