I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try to reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior may be caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you reset your network settings. Note that this will remove any stored Bluetooth connection, Wi-Fi networks and Internet settings (you can download new if you go to: Settings > More > Internet settings.). To reset your network settings go to: Settings > More > Network settings reset > Reset settings.
