it depends if you are using the phone, WiFi on, or other background apps/services running.

As @uliwooly mentioned, it depends on if you use your device during charge and how you use it during charge or if the device is charged using a USB port or a wall socket.

The specifications that is available in the Environmental declaration is that it takes 2 hours and 45 minutes to charge the device from 0% to 100% when it's powered off and it's charged by using the wall mounted charger and the cable that was included together with the device.
