Sony Xperia Xa1 will not connect to router at home or at work Booked in for a repair via carphone warehouse approx 4 weeks into contract, no phone for a month. Phone has developed same fault now Sony chat saying want to book in for repair. No refund for data charges I have incurred, worst service in history. Phone is clearly not fit for purpose . Can anyone help? Just want phone to work.
