Apps malfunction...

Recently I changed my 16Gb Nexus 5X for this Xperia XA1, since then I am experiencing some malfunctions in some apps. Two examples, Deviant Art app, I can't download the items available, it shows a "download failed" message in notification bar. Real Racing 3, the game crashes during loading time in some races, after a while the app closes and shows an android message in home menu "the application stops responding"! 

This is my first android ever doing this! I've noticed already the apps developers and now I'm notifiing you! Is it something you can fix?? Thanks in advance!

@TheMonarch86 if you just bought your phone and received a long series of software updates some malfunctioning may happen, try to download and executing apps while your phone is in safe mode but as it seems to be a real software issue maybe you can skip that test and just performing a software repair using Xperia Companion as that will fix for sure your problems.

If you are going to perform a software repair please be advised to first backup your data using the function in: backup using Xperia Companion

YoGem, I appreciate your help, but the software repair is not the key here! Phone is working fine, everything is totally perfect except this two apps! I wanted to share my experience with you and ask if you're facing the same issues.... I'm confident that the August update could solve this issues....IMO, it should be something related to the MediaTek chipset! But thanks anyway
