All problems after updating 7.0 software

Hello, 

a coupe days ago I updated my Xperia XA software into 7.0 and about two days later I've notced some changes such as there's no sound when someone calls me, tje internet is very weak I cant watch videos for ex. on Facebook and there's no connection with the SD Card. I know these changes many users experienced such changes So plese tell me what should I do to repair my phone. Thanks

PS. I restarted my phone everything ws ok for one Day, and the changes appeard Alain

No solution for issues in xa and xa ultra after nougat update sony don't talk about it no one talk about it

What i should do now,  sell my phone 

My best phone i ever have

Best sound,  Camera, screen, and alot more

Now iam forced to sell it because the stupid nougat update

For those who will be asking about the issues 

Ringtone silent,  solution must restart 

Apps stopped, solution msut restart 

Youtube cant play videos, solution must restart 

Bla bla bla.,solution muat restart 

And i try every thing every thing every thing
