Xperia x speaker and microphone not working

Speaker and microphone suddenly stopped working, phone was hanging during incomming calls. Given to near by Sony service center They took one month for service, replaced some parts. Again same issue started just after three hours of usage . Is this a a software issue or hardware? Any solution please  help.
