Vibration problem

Mi celular Xperia x no vibra la le moví a la configuración y no vibra, me gustaría que me pudieran ayudar y saber si esto pasa en el modelo del celular

I would check that the vibrate still function in the service menu *#*#SERVICE#*#* /Service tests/ vibrator.

And if not, I'd also then be contacting Local support for a possible repair.
