Unreliable alarm after upgrading to Android Oreo

Since the upgrade to Oreo my alarm has become quite unreliable and sometimes it does not go off.

I can see for example that although I have one alarm set to go off everyday it does not always show up on home screen.

I've checked and there seems to be a lot of alarm related problems with Oreo on another Sony phones. When can we expect such critical function to be fixed for X Compact? It is absurd with all the supposed QA overhead that is added to the firmwares for Sony that such bug has existed for so long without fix.

I have 3 alarms set up
1) Weekly at tuesday evening.

2) Weekly at thursday evening.

3) Every work day morning.

I Snooze them all the time and have no problems of them not working.
Used 34.4.A.2.32 (march update) for a week now.
Try clearing clock/alarm data from app settings, and if it doesn't help, try factory restore.

Thanks, I'll try that and see how it goes during next week.

I have the very same problem, I use 'AMdroid' to get around it... Total pain

Sorry took a bit longer to come here to mark it as a solution, wanted to make sure that after a week it was repeating correctly.

Thank you.
