After upgrading to Android 8.0.0, the drop-down menu will not work at the top of the screen. Unit f5121

I'd do the following:

Try if everything works fine in service menu.

Else try in safe mode.

Else try backup, reset, restore. 

No reason for it to break after update, so you might try this.

After running the support program, it appears that the upper pixel radar pin pixels continue to hold their touch function. If the phone is turned, it is possible to reach the menu.

Thank you for the feedback! The handset have no protectiv film. So I guess factory reset and then if that does not solve the issue turn to local support. 

(FYI: The link in the handset indicate that there are multiple languages supported in the support forum.)
