Text messages notification sound problem

After last updating, when comes text message in my phone theres no sound. Everything good with calls, messenger and etc sounds,so what I should do?

I can't set a ringtone for my text.my text messages.

I also have this problem, I don't want to clear all my message data and lose it.  There's nowhere to even select a message ringtone either, it's like it's just disappeared from the phone.

Solution

Goto Google play store->type <sms backup>  -> backup -> goto solution in this thread -> restore backup

Still nothing happened
