Sony Xperia X performance f8131 network problem

Few month before i bought Sony Xperia X performance f8131 and it was working without any problem. Now I changed my call operator to another one and it`s not working like incoming and outgoing calls are not working (it says: mobile network is not available). however mobile internet is working without any stuck. I put SIM card in another device it worked but not in my phone. I have restored the device it didnt help. I put another operator`s SIM card and it worked. Could you help me about this case?

Perhaps it's being blocked by your carrier, contact them.

But SIM card is working in another device. and I contacted them too, they said you have problem with phone.

Could you test a different SIM card from the same network with your Xperia X?

Eventually I decided to change the carrier, otherwise there is no solution for this issue.
