Regular reseting of volume level

Didn't find similar topics, so decided to make this one. 

The problem is after a time of listening music on maximum volume lvl, this lvl resets to default lvl and on screen appears message 'its dangerous to listen music so loud so long' (I can decide to myself is it dangerous or not). Where could I switch off this notification? Didn't find anything in options.

I have noticed this too (using USA firmware). Is it also present in other variants? I have a suspicion that it is "baked into" the software to comply with govt.  "public health" regulations. Can it be removed?

I'm using official Russian version of firmware and it happens on this version too.

Seems your suspicion is true. More than you said, Russian firmware probably based on USA firmware.

But can it be removed using settings or advice in choosing stable unofficial frimware is the key question of my request.
