Refreshment of WI-FI list

Hello,

last few updates changed behaviour of  "Refreshment list of WI-FI networks".

Known networks it automaticaly connects, but when I want to reconect to another wifi, so I jump into list of available networks and there still I see the old list(from previous place) and I have to OFF wifi and ON to refresh the list or wait longer time. Before it was immediately.

Maybe reset WiFi networks helps.

It will dump all kind of unused networks.
