Problems with new Oreo update

Can't dismiss the notification that lifelong is running in background it should be thats fine.. But I can't get rid of the stupid icon. Please someone help

This. I've got 1-3 applications that run in the background 24/7 and it's fine, I don't need a notification about them but can do nothing about said notification. Annoying as....

That's an Android feature, make sure you send your feedback to Google Android devs

It's Oreo feature, not Sony's problem. Google it and you'll find a solution:
