Using the fast charger UCH10 (compatible with the Quick Charge 2.0 of the X Performance) you can obtain at 4V the max current of 2250mA less the current consumption of the device.

So the max current of 1730mA could be a fast charge current if the phone at the moment was consuming 520mA.

What charger were you using?
