Phone Don't notify

I have Sony X Compact, but after last update (34.4. A. 2.107) my phone dont alert me that i have new messages. Before when i was got a new message, started to blue light blinking.

How it can be fixed? 

I would like to see  that if i will get new message, phone is showing blue light blinking. Settings /app settings should be Ok.

Inside the messages app you can find a setting for notifications.

Yes, i already know, that i can push on notification inside the app, but seems that notification indicator is not working enyway!

And for led indicator as well.

Read carefully, use Google search too and you will find the answer.
