Night Mode in new security patch?

 I got this tip and when i clicked ..nothing was opening..I was wondeing is there an option or its just a glitch?.. in android 8.0, April 1 security update BTW

Thanks Night Mode is up there with the ability to make calls and SMS i.e should be a feature that's just there taken for granted.
