My Xperia X turn off unexpectedly and doesn't turn on until I plugged in charger

I am facing a problem with my Xperia X, it turns off unexpectedly without showing any notification. Doesn't turn on until I plugg in charger. There is no issue of battery draining. I did remedies like software reset and repair through Xperia Companion but after I update the applications after reset, same problem continues. Can anyone please help me

Sounds like some hardware problem after what you are describing.

On the other hand, apps can misbehave.

- did you try to have your device in safe mode and did it happen in safe mode too?

- did you try out the behaviour after just installing the most necessary and commonly used apps?
