My phone just turn off not charging the battery is in 100% and don't work

Hi, today my phone just turn off i don't know why and he restar over and over again and he can't be turn on i don't why the battery is 100% i connect to charger and turn on but i just move a little turn off and restart the red light blink and go leaves he's in 100% and appear a red ligth why?
what happen i just have 10 months with this phones and in september just update and appears all this problems that i never have, this update can damage the system and my phone and nobody in sony can't not buy me another. so please repair all that problems, i have wifi problems too and now this. I have a useless phone right know

If your phone is stuck in a boot loop (restarting over and over again), then the only way out is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. So this means you'll lose any data stored on the internal memory (SD card content will stay unaffected).
