That's kind of normal for Xperia X

You might consider a factory reset and on top of it; do not restore everything.

Build the software up step by step and maintain a more or less clean machine.

It will enhance your user experience.

I agree with @Strampke there's nothing wrong with your phone, the longer that you use the camera the hotter the phone will get, don't worry, if it gets too hot, some apps and camera options will be disabled, if it gets hotter then you won't be able to use the camera until it cools down to prevent physical damage.

Adding one "it's perfectly normal for X" response.

Unfortunately , combination of outside temperature(if higher) + mobile data + camera, will result in heat warnings in camera rather quickly.

Tested on fresh install too.

Exactly sir,

 its too much heated then my phone charging problem occur,  After i consult Sony care they suggest to give exchange same xperia X mobile charged 13500rs.  new mobile also same problem
