My Sony  xperia x has lost the loudness of the ring tune so as my girlfriends in the last 5 days can eney one please help as I can not hear it ring

Maybe it can be resolved.

Push Vol up or Vol down

You will see the volume slider and a downward facing arrow.

Tap it.

 If not, it can be an extreme 'do not disturb' setting.
