Go crazy with the dance icon of the status bar

After oreo the icons on the status bar dance continuely

The 2 Arrow of the data transfer near the signal level H+ Appear and disappear constantly and your eyes go continuously there to see. Infact the other icons switch on the left.

Here you can see the bluetooth sign move.

I'm in the Outer Hebrides innScotin Sat the moment, so the WiFi icon dance is all I get... I look forway the 3g and 4g one sometime.

So distracting.

So that should solve indicators.

It doesn't however solve place swapping dance on the left side, performed by Xperia actions used concurrently with DND . 

Not fixed in February patch build. 

Kinda hard to record since it doesn't happen all the time  , but still easy to spot if used.
