Why doesn't my fingerprint scanner work anymore? It says my phone doesn't support it. It's a Sony Xperia X.
What has changed have you just updated the phone?
If you go to settings- security what options do you have for screen lock?
Yes I've just updated it and in the options its pin or password
Try this:
- goto settings
- tick on magnifying glass
- type 'finger' without the ' and '
- tap on fingerprintmanager
- (re)set fingerprint
