Fingerprint reader deactivated

A few days ago that my Xperia X deactivated the fingerprint reader and will not let me record the fingerprints again, does anyone know what this is? I bought the cell phone in Colombia and now I am for a while in Brazil, the first days worked perfectly, then it was automatically deactivated. I appreciate your help.

Try in safe mode and if it works, a 3rd party app has disabled it.

Myself I'd backup and software repair using Xperia Companion and see if that fixes it

I have not been able to solve this problem yet. I did the softwae repair and even then the fingerprint manager does not appear. I'm waiting for a solution, thank you.

I think now you should contact your Local support for a repair if needed.
