Could you be more specific?

Hi @Sa-lysenko, welcome to our forum!

Your question has been translated to English as this is an English only forum.

If you have more than one update to do, you will need to apply the first update > wait for it to be installed and then reboot your device and repeat the process again until the latest available software has been installed in your device.

You can check in Settings > About phone and write down the number that you see below "Version" to make sure that you are installing a new update each time.

I hope that helps and let us know how goes! Slightly_smiling_Face

@Jonas

Can this be skipped by doing a software update on Xperia Companion.

My guess is that it updates to the latest release.

(Isn't that Oreo 8.1 ? or will we have to wait another week)

Hi @Strampke, sorry for the late reply.

No, doing it through Xperia Companion will only do one update at the time as well as far as I know. However if you for example buy a new device that have already received a lot of updates, you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and the latest software version will be installed.

Doing this should save some time and if you don't have any data on the device as it is new, you don't have to bother with a backup.
