After updating android 8.0 my sony xperia x dual flashing pop up msg (factory startup service please wait for on screen power off button ) 

After 15-20 seconds it turns in black POWER OFF BUTTON SCREEN

If I press power off button phone switch off 

After that I start the phone scene problem appear

When I send this problem to service centre the service centre said me that we don't have any solution for this

Presuming that you not unlocked the bootloader or rooted it? And that it was an official Sony service centre?

If the software has gone wrong and it's in warranty, then Sony service should surely replace it? 

Have you tried running a repair through Xperia Companion?

No..

My I didn't root or unlock bootloader... 

N I went in proper sony official service centre

And I did not try PC companion software repair

Because I did not have broadband connection for this pross

That's ok. If it was repairable by software repair on Companion then Sony Service could and possibly should have done it. 

Is in warranty? 

In which case I think you'll have to hope a Sony rep comes along here soon.

Do  you now have broadband connection available so you can try Repair with Xperia Companion ?

A bit silly that you get info that Sony center cannot do anything for you. Hope something got lost in discussion, otherwise I'm puzzled. Even if out of warranty, they should be able to repair and charge .

But Xperia companion repair should be your first stop.
