Where can I activate the function that the clock apperars on lock screen when lifting/moving the phone?
Hi @Jack1643, welcome to our forum!
The raise to wake feature is not available on the Xperia X Compact, but you can instead enable the tap to wake feature found in Settings > Display > Tap to wake up. With this setting enabled, all you need to do is tap twice with the finger on the display when it's in standby and it will turn on and show the lock screen, where you can see the time, if you have any new notifications and so forth!
I hope that answers your question!
Thank you for the information.
Actually it's a pity that raise to wake is not available. With my Moto E I used to use it especially at night: just taking the phone from the bedside table and I could directly see the clock. Now I have to take it in both hands and tipp twice...
Hi @Jack1643, you're very welcome!
This feature is available in the Xperia XZ2, Xperia XZ2 Compact and Xperia XZ3 and I can see how it can very useful for the situation you mentioned.
