Casting to Google chrome cast.

Hi, guys, I've had Sony phones for few years now  but I'm bit tech lagging, got a chrome cast for my 8year old Samsung TV, but it keeps telling me my Xperia X isn't set up for casting but can't find any permission settings that I think would be stopping it communicating. Anyone else have this problem?

I have a TV that is around 1-2 years old. I use Chromecast almost everyday. It is very easy to set up. Try to download the google home app & reboot Chromecast or try another casting app. Not sure if it could be the TV.
