Cannot Sign-In (with correct pin) to the Phone After System Update

I updated my system earlier today and all of sudden I cannot sign-in to my phone.

I tried restarting several times (both soft and hard), but every time after I entered my pin (correct pin) to start the phone, the phone just automatically restarted itself and went back to the pin entering interface... So now I am not able to use any function of the phone as the system just stop me at the pin entering stage... (The battery is in good condition. I also tried removing and reinserting the SIM/SD slot and restarted but the situation did not change.) Please help!!

What if you remove the SIM and SD card, does the phone restart?

in other words, the phone doesn't boot up, you could repair it once more with XC, but most likely you will have to contact your Local support
