Can't see caller information when receiving a call

When I aetupset phone for the first time my phone I remember choosing to hide incoming call information. I would like to undo that setting but don't know how. 

Can someone please guide me to fix this?

I thought the options will be under 

Open the phone app > menu (top right corner) > settings 

But check this instead

Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Phone > App notifications
