Blue tooth and nfc problems

Hi. 

I have some problems with my phone.

The BT does not find and connect to many of my devices any more, and NFC does not react to any devices that I have tried.

I didn't have any issues earlier and the problems have started the last couple of weeks.

I have the latest update. 

I have tried to mess around with some settings  

I have tried running it in safe mode and turned off wifi.

All without any luck. 

Can you help me fix this issue?

Have you tried forgetting all Bluetooth connections and set them up new?

Quite a while ago the were problems with Bluetooth that could be resolved like this.

You can search a lot and spend much time resolving this issue but sometimes it is wise to go straight to a factory reset which brings you a clean machine.
