Android 7 usability

I upgrade Android 7 to Xperia X Performance  and I am not a happy about that.

Example  disabling  Mobile data  I have to touching screen minimum 3 times, why?  Where is usability?

And then comes  that stupid notification "Mobile data is disabled " ???    Of course I know that because I disabling that

that is VERY MEANINGLESS notification.

I bought a Samsung Note 8, even though I was discouraged to Samsung after Galaxy S4.

Fist thing I noticed after starting a phone was how easy it was to turn on data transfer. Pull down quick settings menu and tap data transfer. Thats' it. How obvious, how easy. I wonder why Sony has decided to complicate it in Z5 or X .

Out of curiousity - has it changed in Oreo?
