Linkbuds Noise Cancelling Option

Morning, purchased Linkbuds Wfl900 however I am unable to activate noise cancelling/ambient sound option either by tapping the left device once or via the Sound Connect app (I don't see the option). I've re-downloaded the app as per an earlier post I saw, still no luck. Can anyone help?

Hi @Zellaby, the WF-L900 doesn't support active noise canceling feature. However, you can reduce the noise by following the steps in this link: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/linkbuds/v1/en/contents/TP1000449915.html
