Hi, unfortunately my buds are experiencing battery drain and are out of warranty.
I don't use them except at the gym so I'm very disappointed such light use has caused this problem.
Has anyone managed to get these replaced in the UK outside of warranty?
These are expensive and should last more than 2 years. So disappointed in this disgustingly designed website and absolute pants support being offered.
If anyone has an email address, that'd be great.
