Vaio Recovery Error

Having some problems doing recovery from boot

Followed the normal procedures and got first an Error 320 and then a Error 330 right after. Then it decided it didn't want to continue. Any ideas?

It says on the return slip:
"Windows Recovery done, functionality check done"

Over the phone said they did a software upgrade?

When I got the computer back, someone had performed the installation in wrong language. So I thought I'd run the recovery program and I ended up here. First did a C: recovery from the HDD. Didn't work, same message.

Second time, did a full recovery from the DVD's. Didn't work, same message.
